		<description>At Microsoft, Rob challenged us, and he was willing to stick his neck out with more senior management to try to make things happen.  It didn&#039;t always go as we&#039;d hoped, but you knew Rob definitely cared about the issues facing sourcing.  He understood the nuts and bolts of the work, as well as the metrics and systems, far better than most big corporate recruiting managers.  I am happy to have maintained occasional communications with him over the 3 years since he left, and he continues to address the tough issues facing large recruiting operations today.</description>
