Besides being pin sharp in both IQ and EQ, Jeff’s personal charisma is something to experience. Watching him emcee an all hands meeting reveals a born showman- I would not be surprised to see him in more visible public roles as his career continues. The guy attracts winners to his cause- the metrics crowd needs to get a handle on measuring how that works….. He looks upon himself as a servant, not master, and his success speaks for itself and proves his vision. I've know Jeff most of his recruiting career and watched him rise from superstar recruiter to exceptional boss and most of all an exceptional person. It's so good to see him receive the recognition he so richly deserves. Congratulation Jeff!
